Welcome to Sirah. By accessing, browsing, or using our platform, mobile web application, or offline features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, please refrain from using the platform.

2. Service Scope & Permitted Use

Sirah provides access to authenticated Hadith collections (including Sahih al-Bukhari, Sahih Muslim, Sunan Abu Dawud, and others), Quran recitations, AI-powered study tools, and interactive Islamic utilities. You agree to use these services exclusively for lawful, educational, and devotional purposes.

• Treat sacred Quranic and Hadith texts with reverence and respect.
• Do not use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to flood or overload our servers.
• Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, HMAC signatures, or security features.

3. AI Feature & Scholarly Disclaimer

Sirah incorporates artificial intelligence (AI Chat and AI Insights) to help synthesize Hadith context and assist your personal study.

4. Offline Storage & Downloads

Sirah allows downloading Surah audio recitations and Hadith books to your local browser storage (IndexedDB) for personal offline study. You are responsible for managing device storage and clearing downloaded assets when no longer needed.

5. Limitation of Liability

Sirah is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. While we strive for absolute textual precision and verified narrations, we are not liable for uninterrupted availability or indirect damages arising from platform usage.
