حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَيَزِيدُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ الْهَمْدَانِيُّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَا:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنِ ابْنِ عَجْلَانَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَقِيلٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ الرُّبَيِّعِ بِنْتِ مُعَوِّذٍ ابْنِ عَفْرَاءَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏ أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تَوَضَّأَ عِنْدَهَا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَمَسَحَ الرَّأْسَ كُلَّهُ مِنْ قَرْنِ الشَّعْرِ كُلِّ نَاحِيَةٍ لِمُنْصَبِّ الشَّعْرِ لَا يُحَرِّكُ الشَّعْرَ عَنْ هَيْئَتِهِ .

The Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم performed ablution in her presence. He wiped the whole of his head from its upper to the lower part moving every side. He did not move the hair from their original position.
