حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عَدِيٍّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ سَعِيدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ ابْنُ بَشَّارٍ:‏‏‏‏ بِنَحْوِ حَدِيثِ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏إِلَّا أَنَّهُ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ وَيُسَلِّمُ تَسْلِيمَةً يُسْمِعُنَا.

Ibn Bashshar narrated the tradition like that of Yahya bin Saeed. His version has: He uttered the salutation in a way that we could hear it.
