حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ سَأَلْتُ عَائِشَةَ:‏‏‏‏ كَيْفَ كَانَ عَمَلُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ؟ هَلْ كَانَ يَخُصُّ شَيْئًا مِنَ الْأَيَّامِ ؟ قَالَتْ:‏‏‏‏ لَا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏ كَانَ كُلُّ عَمَلِهِ دِيمَةً وَأَيُّكُمْ يَسْتَطِيعُ مَا كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَسْتَطِيعُ ؟.

Aishah رضی اللہ عنہا was asked about the actions of the Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم. Did he perform some actions exclusively on some particular days ? She said: No, he performed his actions regularly. Which of you has the strength as much as the Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم had ?
