حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏لَيْسَ فِيهِ ذِكْرُ الْحِنْطَةِ. قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُد:‏‏‏‏ وَقَدْ ذَكَرَ مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ فِي هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ الثَّوْرِيِّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عِيَاضٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏نِصْفَ صَاعٍ مِنْ بُرٍّ وَهُوَ وَهْمٌ مِنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ هِشَامٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَوْ مِمَّنْ رَوَاهُ عَنْهُ.

Abu Dawood said: Muawayah bin Hisham mention in this narration, from Ath-Thawri, from Zaid bin Aslam, from 'Iyad, from Abu Saeed: “Half a sa’ of wheat “. And it is a mistakes from Muawayah bin Hisham or from this one that reported it from him.
