حَدَّثَنَا النُّفَيْلِيُّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ ابْنٍ لِأَبِي وَاقِدٍ اللَّيْثِيِّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِيهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ لِأَزْوَاجِهِ فِي حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ:‏‏‏‏ هَذِهِ ثُمَّ ظُهُورَ الْحُصْرِ.

I heard the Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم saying to his wives during the Farewell Pilgrimage: This (is the pilgrimage for you); afterwards stick to the surface of the mats (i.e. should stay at home).
