حَدَّثَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ حَمَّادٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَخْبَرَنِي اللَّيْثُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي الْخَيْرِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنَّهُ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ إِنَّ أَحَقَّ الشُّرُوطِ أَنْ تُوفُوا بِهِ مَا اسْتَحْلَلْتُمْ بِهِ الْفُرُوجَ .

The Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم as saying “The condition worthier to be fulfilled by you is the one by which you made the private parts (of your wife) lawful (for you).
