حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَلَاءِ، أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، عَنْ الْوَلِيدِ بْنِ كَثِيرٍ، حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، بِإِسْنَادِهِ وَمَعْنَاهُ، زَادَ: مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى مَعْصِيَةٍ فَلَا يَمِينَ لَهُ، وَمَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى قَطِيعَةِ رَحِمٍ فَلَا يَمِينَ لَهُ .
