حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، قَالَ: قُلْتُ لِأَيُّوبَ: هَلْ تَعْلَمُ أَحَدًا قَالَ بِقَوْلِ الْحَسَنِ فِي أَمْرُكِ بِيَدِكِ ؟ قَالَ: لَا، إِلَّا شَيْئًا حَدَّثَنَاهُ قَتَادَةُ، عَنْ كَثِيرٍ مَوْلَى ابْنِ سَمُرَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، بِنَحْوِهِ . قَالَ أَيُّوبُ: فَقَدِمَ عَلَيْنَا كَثِيرٌ فَسَأَلْتُهُ. فَقَالَ: مَا حَدَّثْتُ بِهَذَا قَطُّ. فَذَكَرْتُهُ لِقَتَادَةَ، فَقَالَ: بَلَى، وَلَكِنَّهُ نَسِيَ.
