حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ ابْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْمُعَاذَةَ الْعَدَوِيَّةِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُد:‏‏‏‏ وَزَادَ فِيهِ:‏‏‏‏ فَنُؤْمَرُ بِقَضَاءِ الصَّوْمِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَلَا نُؤْمَرُ بِقَضَاءِ الصَّلَاةِ.

Abu Dawood said: And he added in it "We were command to make up the fast, and were not command to make up the prayer.
