حَدَّثَنَا هَارُونُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ مَسْعَدَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَوْفٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي رَيْحَانَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ أَكْلِ مُعَاقَرَةِ الأَعْرَابِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُد:‏‏‏‏ اسْمُ أَبِي رَيْحَانَةَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَطَرٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَغُنْدَرٌ أَوْقَفَهُ عَلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ.

The Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم forbade to eat (the meat of animals) slaughtered by the bedouins for vainglory and pride. Abu Dawud said: The narrator Ghundar narrated this tradition as a saying of Ibn Abbas رضی اللہ عنہما (and not of the Prophet).
