حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَنْبَلٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ هَمَّامِ بْنِ مُنَبِّهٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ هَذَا مَا حَدَّثَنَا بِهِ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ أَيُّمَا قَرْيَةٍ أَتَيْتُمُوهَا وَأَقَمْتُمْ فِيهَا فَسَهْمُكُمْ فِيهَا وَأَيُّمَا قَرْيَةٍ عَصَتِ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ فَإِنَّ خُمُسَهَا لِلَّهِ وَلِلرَّسُولِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏ثُمَّ هِيَ لَكُمْ .

The Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم as saying “Whatever town you come to and stay in, your portion is in it, but whatever town disobeys Allah and His Messenger a fifth of it goes to Allah and His Messenger and what remains is yours. ”
