حَدَّثَنَا هَارُونُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ بَكَّارِ بْنِ بِلَالٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى يَعْنِي ابْنَ سُمَيْعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ وَاقِدٍ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ مُعَاذٍ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ: مَنْ عَقَدَ الْجِزْيَةَ فِي عُنُقِهِ فَقَدْ بَرِئَ مِمَّا عَلَيْهِ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ.
