حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي عُثْمَانُ بْنُ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ: لَا جَائِحَةَ فِيمَا أُصِيبَ دُونَ ثُلُثِ رَأْسِ الْمَالِ . قَالَ يَحْيَى: وَذَلِكَ فِي سُنَّةِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ.
