حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ إِدْرِيسَ، وَوَكِيعٌ، عَنْ طُعْمَةَ بْنِ عَمْرٍو الْجَعْفَرِيِّ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ بَيَانٍ التَّغْلِبِيِّ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ، عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: مَنْ بَاعَ الْخَمْرَ فَلْيُشَقِّصْ الْخَنَازِيرَ .
