حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبَانُ، وَهَمَّامٌ، وَشُعْبَةُ، قَالُوا: حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: الْعَائِدُ فِي هِبَتِهِ كَالْعَائِدِ فِي قَيْئِهِ قَالَ هَمَّامٌ: وَقَالَ قَتَادَةُ: وَلَا نَعْلَمُ الْقَيْءَ إِلَّا حَرَامًا.
