حَدَّثَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا الْفِرْيَابِيُّ، عَنِ الَأوْزَاعِيِّ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ حَرَامِ بْنِ مُحَيِّصَةَ الَأنْصَارِيِّ، عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ بْنِ عَازِب، قَالَ: كَانَتْ لَهُ نَاقَةٌ ضَارِبَةٌ فَدَخَلَتْ حَائِطًا، فَأَفْسَدَتْ فِيهِ فَكُلِّمَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّي اللَّهُ عَلَيْه وَسَلَّمَ فِيهَا، فَقَضَى أَنَّ حِفْظَ الْحَوَائِط بِالنَّهَارِ عَلَى أَهْلِهَا وَأَنَّ حِفْظَ الْمَاشِيَة بِاللَّيْلِ عَلَى أَهْلِهَا وَأَنَّ عَلَى أَهْلِ الْمَاشِيَة مَا أَصَابَتْ مَاشيِتهُمْ بِاللَّيْلِ.
