حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَالْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، أَنَّ زَيْدَ بْنَ الْحُبَابِ حَدَّثَهُمْ، حَدَّثَنَا سَيْفٌ الْمَكَّيُّ، قَالَ عُثْمَانُ، سَيْفُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَضَى بِيَمِينٍ وَشَاهِدٍ .
