حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ، بِإِسْنَادِ ابْنِ مِنْهَالٍ مِثْلَهُ، قَالَ: فِي دَابَّةٍ وَلَيْسَ لَهُمَا بَيِّنَةٌ، فَأَمَرَهُمَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ يَسْتَهِمَا عَلَى الْيَمِينِ.
