حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْوَزِيرِ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ لَقِيتُ شَبِيبَ بْنَ شَيْبَةَ فَحَدَّثَنِي بِهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ أَبِي سَوْدَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ يَعْنِي، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِمَعْنَاهُ.

The tradition mentioned above has also been transmitted by Abu al-Darda رضی اللہ عنہ through a different chain of narrators to the same effect from the Holy Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم .
