حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ فَيَّاضٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي عَيَّاضٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ ذَكَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْأَوْعِيَةَ الدُّبَّاءَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالْحَنْتَمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالْمُزَفَّتَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالنَّقِيرَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَقَالَ أَعْرَابِيٌّ:‏‏‏‏ إِنَّهُ لَا ظُرُوفَ لَنَا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَقَالَ:‏‏‏‏ اشْرَبُوا مَا حَلَّ .

The Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم mentioned the vessels: pumpkins, green jarrs, vessels smeared with pitch and hollow stumps. A desert Arab said: We have no vessels (except these). He said: Drink (from them) what is lawful.
