حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي عِصَامٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ إِذَا شَرِبَ تَنَفَّسَ ثَلَاثًا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَقَالَ:‏‏‏‏ هُوَ أَهْنَأُ وَأَمْرَأُ وَأَبْرَأُ .

When the prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم drank, he used to breathe three times in the course of a drink and say: It is more whole some, thrist-quenching and healthier.
