حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ صُهَيْبٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ قَالَ أَنَسٌ يَعْنِي لِثَابِتٍ:‏‏‏‏ أَلَا أَرْقِيكَ بِرُقْيَةِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ؟ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ بَلَى، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ فَقَالَ:‏‏‏‏ اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّ النَّاسِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏مُذْهِبَ الْبَاسِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏اشْفِ أَنْتَ الشَّافِي، ‏‏‏‏‏‏لَا شَافِيَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ اشْفِهِ شِفَاءً لَا يُغَادِرُ سَقَمًا .

Anas رضی اللہ عنہ said to Thabit: Should I not use the spell of the Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم for you ? He said: Yes. He then said: O Allah, Lord of men, Remover of the harm, heal, Thou art the healer. There is no healer but Thou; given him a remedy which leaves no disease behind.
