Sahih

حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ بَشَّارٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ قَالَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ عَوْفٌ:‏‏‏‏ الْعِيَافَةُ زَجْرُ الطَّيْرِ وَالطَّرْقُ الْخَطُّ يُخَطُّ فِي الْأَرْضِ .

'Iyafah means to makes the birds fly by threatening them. Tarq means lines drawn on the earth.
