حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ. ح وحَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ الْمَهْرِيُّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَخْبَرَنَاهِشَامُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ قَالَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ:‏‏‏‏ لِبَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ ‏‏‏‏ ادْخُلُوا الْبَابَ سُجَّدًا وَقُولُوا حِطَّةٌ تُغْفَرْ لَكُمْ خَطَايَاكُمْ ‏‏‏‏ .

The Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم said: Allah, the Exalted, said to the children of Israel: . . . but enter the gate with humility, in posture and in words, and you will be forgiven your faults (tughfar lakum) .
