حَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ، قَالَ جَابِرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: لَيْسَ عَلَى الْمُنْتَهِبِ قَطْعٌ وَمَنِ انْتَهَبَ نُهْبَةً مَشْهُورَةً فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا .
