حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كَامِلٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ يَعْنِي الْحَذَّاءَ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ: أَنَّ مَاعِزَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ أَتَى النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالَ: إِنَّهُ زَنَى، فَأَعْرَضَ عَنْهُ فَأَعَادَ عَلَيْهِ مِرَارًا، فَأَعْرَضَ عَنْهُ، فَسَأَلَ قَوْمَهُ: أَمَجْنُونٌ هُوَ ؟ قَالُوا: لَيْسَ بِهِ بَأْسٌ، قَالَ: أَفَعَلْتَ بِهَا ؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ، فَأَمَرَ بِهِ أَنْ يُرْجَمَ فَانْطُلِقَ بِهِ فَرُجِمَ وَلَمْ يُصَلِّ عَلَيْهِ .
