حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاق بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ رَاهَوَيْهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ خُثَيْمٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ سَمِعْتُسَعِيدَ بْنَ جُبَيْرٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَمُجَاهِدًا يُحَدِّثَانِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏ فِي الْبِكْرِ يُؤْخَذُ عَلَى اللُّوطِيَّةِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ يُرْجَمُ ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُد:‏‏‏‏ حَدِيثُ عَاصِمٍ يُضَعِّفُ حَدِيثَ عَمْرِو بْنِ أَبِي عَمْرٍو.

If a man who is not married is seized committing sodomy, he will be stoned to death. Abu Dawud said: The tradition of Asim proved the tradition of Amir bin Abi Amr as weak.
