حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيل،حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ بِهَذَا الْمَعْنَى، قَالَ: وَأَحْسِبُهُ قَالَ فِي الْخَامِسَةِ: إِنْ شَرِبَهَا فَاقْتُلُوهُ، قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُد: وَكَذَا فِي حَدِيثِ أَبِي غُطَيْفٍ فِي الْخَامِسَةِ.
