حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ عَمْرٍو، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ يَحْيَى يَعْنِي ابْنَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ حَاطِبٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ قَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا فَقَدِمْنَا الْمَدِينَةَ فَنَزَلْنَا فِي بَنِي الْحَارِثِ بْنِ الْخَزْرَجِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَتْ:‏‏‏‏ فَوَاللَّهِ إِنِّي لَعَلَى أُرْجُوحَةٍ بَيْنَ عِذْقَيْنِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَجَاءَتْنِي أُمِّي فَأَنْزَلَتْنِي وَلِي جُمَيْمَةٌ وَسَاقَ الْحَدِيثَ.

We came to Madina and stayed with Banu al-Harith bin al-Khazraj. She said: I swear by Allah, I was swinging between two date-palms. Then my mother came down; and I had my hair up to the ears. The transmitter then rest of the tradition.
