حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَكِيمٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَحْرٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيل بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ الْخَوْلَانِيُّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ جَابِرٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ خَرَجَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَوْمَ فِطْرٍ أَوْ أَضْحَى، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَخَطَبَ قَائِمًا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏ثُمَّ قَعَدَ قَعْدَةً، ‏‏‏‏‏‏ثُمَّ قَامَ .

“The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) went out on the Day of Al-Fitr or Al-Adha, and delivered a sermon standing up. Then he sat down briefly, then stood up again.”
