حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ ذَكْوَانَ أَخْبَرَنِي، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ الْأَسْلَمِيِّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدَبٍ الْفَزَارِيِّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ صَلَّى عَلَى امْرَأَةٍ مَاتَتْ فِي نِفَاسِهَا فَقَامَ وَسَطَهَا .

The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) offered the funeral prayer for a woman who had died in Nifas,* and he stood level with her middle (i.e. her waist).”
