حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ خَالِدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْوَاسِطِيُّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ رُخِّصَ لِلْكَبِيرِ الصَّائِمِ فِي الْمُبَاشَرَةِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَكُرِهَ لِلشَّابِّ .

“A concession was granted to those who are older with regard to touching while fasting, but it was disliked on the part of those who are younger.”
