حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حَاتِمُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيل، حَدَّثَنَا جَهْضَمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْيَمَانِيُّ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْبَاهِلِيِّ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ الْعَبْدِيِّ، عَنْ شَهْرِ بْنِ حَوْشَبٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، قَالَ: نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ شِرَاءِ مَا فِي بُطُونِ الْأَنْعَامِ حَتَّى تَضَعَ وَعَمَّا فِي ضُرُوعِهَا إِلَّا بِكَيْلٍ، وَعَنْ شِرَاءِ الْعَبْدِ وَهُوَ آبِقٌ، وَعَنْ شِرَاءِ الْمَغَانِمِ حَتَّى تُقْسَمَ، وَعَنْ شِرَاءِ الصَّدَقَاتِ حَتَّى تُقْبَضَ، وَعَنْ ضَرْبَةِ الْغَائِصِ .
