حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ الضَّحَّاكِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا بَقِيَّةُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ يَحْيَى، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏ وَسُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مُوسَى، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ وَاثِلَةَ بْنِ الْأَسْقَعِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ:‏‏‏‏ مَنْ بَاعَ عَيْبًا لَمْ يُبَيِّنْهُ لَمْ يَزَلْ فِي مَقْتِ مِنَ اللَّهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَلَمْ تَزَلِ الْمَلَائِكَةُ تَلْعَنُهُ .

I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: 'Whoever sells defective goods without pointing it out, he will remain subject to the wrath of Allah, and the angels will continue to curse him.'
