حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ الطَّبَّاعِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيل بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ إِسْحَاق بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي فَرْوَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ حُنَيْنٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَعَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِيهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ جَدِّهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَا:‏‏‏‏ قَتَلَ رَجُلٌ عَبْدَهُ عَمْدًا مُتَعَمِّدًا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَجَلَدَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِائَةً، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَنَفَاهُ سَنَةً وَمَحَا سَهْمَهُ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ .

“A man killed his slave deliberately and with malice aforethought, so the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) gave him one hundred lashes, banished him for one year, and cancelled his share from among the Muslims.”
