حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ كَاسِبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْنُ بْنُ عِيسَى، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: مَا قُطِعَ مِنَ الْبَهِيمَةِ وَهِيَ حَيَّةٌ، فَمَا قُطِعَ مِنْهَا فَهُوَ مَيْتَةٌ .
