حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ رَافِعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الطَّنَافِسِيُّ، عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ: مَرِضَ أُبَيُّ بْنُ كَعْبٍ مَرَضًا، فَأَرْسَلَ إِلَيْهِ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ طَبِيبًا، فَكَوَاهُ عَلَى أَكْحَلِهِ .
