وَعَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ الْأَصَمِّ ابْنِ أُخْتِ مَيْمُونَةَ عَنْ مَيْمُونَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تَزَوَّجَهَا وَهُوَ حَلَالٌ. رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ قَالَ الشيخُ الإِمَام يحيى السّنة: وَالْأَكْثَرُونَ عَلَى أَنَّهُ تَزَوَّجَهَا حَلَالًا وَظَهَرَ أَمْرُ تَزْوِيجِهَا وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ ثُمَّ بَنَى بِهَا وَهُوَ حَلَال بسرف فِي طَرِيق مَكَّة
