وَعَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ: أَنَّهُ قَالَ: إِذَا وُهِبَتْ الْوَلِيدَةُ الَّتِي تُوطَأُ أَوْ بِيعَتْ أَوْ أُعْتِقَتْ فَلْتَسْتَبْرِئْ رَحِمَهَا بِحَيْضَةٍ وَلَا تُسْتَبْرَئُ الْعَذْرَاءُ. رَوَاهُمَا رزين
