حَدَّثَنَا الْمَكِّيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ يَبْتَاعُ الْمَرْءُ عَلَى بَيْعِ أَخِيهِ، وَلاَ تَنَاجَشُوا، وَلاَ يَبِعْ حَاضِرٌ لِبَادٍ "
