حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحِيمِ، حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحُ بْنُ عُبَادَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، قَالَ ذَكَرَ لَنَا أَنَسُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ عَنْ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّهُ كَانَ إِذَا ظَهَرَ عَلَى قَوْمٍ أَقَامَ بِالْعَرْصَةِ ثَلاَثَ لَيَالٍ‏.‏ تَابَعَهُ مُعَاذٌ وَعَبْدُ الأَعْلَى حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَنَسٍ عَنْ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم‏.‏

Whenever the Prophet (ﷺ) conquered some people, he would stay in their town for three days. Muadh and Abdullah corroborated him (Saeed: Irfan). Saeed, Qatada, Hadrat Anas, Hadrat Talha report from the prophet (ﷺ).
