وَحَدَّثَنِي يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الدَّوْرَقِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ، حَدَّثَنَا الْحَجَّاجُ بْنُ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ الزُّبَيْرِ، يَخْطُبُ عَلَى هَذَا الْمِنْبَرِ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ: كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، يَقُولُ إِذَا سَلَّمَ فِي دُبُرِ الصَّلَاةِ أَوِ الصَّلَوَاتِ، فَذَكَرَ بِمِثْلِ حَدِيثِ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ.

I heard Abdullah bin Zubair رضی ‌اللہ ‌عنہ ‌addressing (people) on the pulpit and saying: When the Messenger of Allah ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌) pronounced salutation at the end of the prayer or prayers, and then he made a mention of the hadith as transmitted by Hisham bin 'Urwa.
