و حَدَّثَنِي زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ وَهَارُونُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَطَاءً يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ لَوْ أَنَّ لِابْنِ آدَمَ مِلْءَ وَادٍ مَالًا لَأَحَبَّ أَنْ يَكُونَ إِلَيْهِ مِثْلُهُ وَلَا يَمْلَأُ نَفْسَ ابْنِ آدَمَ إِلَّا التُّرَابُ وَاللَّهُ يَتُوبُ عَلَى مَنْ تَابَ قَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ فَلَا أَدْرِي أَمِنْ الْقُرْآنِ هُوَ أَمْ لَا وَفِي رِوَايَةِ زُهَيْرٍ قَالَ فَلَا أَدْرِي أَمِنْ الْقُرْآنِ لَمْ يَذْكُرْ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ.
