حَدَّثَنِي عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ السَّعْدِيُّ، وَابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، قَالَ: قُلْتُ لِعَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ: أَسَمِعْتَ أَبَاكَ يُحَدِّثُ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهَا: «أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يُقَبِّلُهَا وَهُوَ صَائِمٌ» فَسَكَتَ سَاعَةً، ثُمَّ قَالَ: نَعَمْ.

I said to 'Abdul-Rahman bin Qasim: Have you heard from your father narrating from 'A'isha (رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا) that he kissed her while observing fast? He ('Abdul-Rahman bin Qasim) kept silence for a short while and then said: Yes.
