حَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ بْنُ فَرُّوخَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، قَالَ: سَأَلَ رَجُلٌ ابْنَ عُمَرَ مَا يَقْتُلُ الرَّجُلُ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ؟ قَالَ: حَدَّثَتْنِي إِحْدَى نِسْوَةِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، أَنَّهُ: «كَانَ يَأْمُرُ بِقَتْلِ الْكَلْبِ الْعَقُورِ، وَالْفَأْرَةِ، وَالْعَقْرَبِ، وَالْحُدَيَّا، وَالْغُرَابِ، وَالْحَيَّةِ» قَالَ: «وَفِي الصَّلَاةِ أَيْضًا».
