Hadith 3411

Sahih

وحَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي خَالِدٍ، بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ، مِثْلَهُ. وَقَالَ: ثُمَّ قَرَأَ عَلَيْنَا هَذِهِ الْآيَةَ، وَلَمْ يَقُلْ: قَرَأَ عَبْدُ اللهِ.

This hadith has been narrated on the authority of Jarir with the same chain of transmitters and he also recited this (above-mentioned verse) to us, but he did not say that 'Abdullah رضی اللہ عنہ recited it.
