حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى بْنُ مَعِينٍ، وَهَارُونُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ، وَحُسَيْنُ بْنُ عِيسَى، قَالُوا: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ: «نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنِ الْمُزَابَنَةِ»، وَالْمُزَابَنَةُ: بَيْعُ ثَمَرِ النَّخْلِ بِالتَّمْرِ كَيْلًا، وَبَيْعُ الزَّبِيبِ بِالْعِنَبِ كَيْلًا، وَعَنْ كُلِّ ثَمَرٍ بِخَرْصِهِ.
