حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو الطَّاهِرِ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي مَالِكٌ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ الطَّوِيلِ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرَةِ حَتَّى تُزْهِيَ»، قَالُوا: وَمَا تُزْهِيَ؟ قَالَ: «تَحْمَرُّ»، فَقَالَ: «إِذَا مَنَعَ اللهُ الثَّمَرَةَ فَبِمَ تَسْتَحِلُّ مَالَ أَخِيكَ.
