حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ وَهُوَ ابْنُ عِكْرِمَةَ بْنِ خَالِدٍ الْمَخْزُومِيُّ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ أَبِي حُسَيْنٍ، أَنَّ أَبَا بَكْرِ بْنَ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ حَزْمٍ، أَخْبَرَهُ، أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، حَدَّثَهُ، عَنْ حَدِيثِ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ حَدِيثِ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فِي الرَّجُلِ الَّذِي يُعْدِمُ، إِذَا وُجِدَ عِنْدَهُ الْمَتَاعُ، وَلَمْ يُفَرِّقْهُ: «أَنَّهُ لِصَاحِبِهِ الَّذِي بَاعَهُ».
